Are your building blocks made of Lego Bricks?

The simple answer is, No. Please do not confuse our building block sets with Lego. Our brick sets are not designed or manufactured by Lego.

For further information, LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse any of our products, services, or website. The LEGO Group is neither endorsing the modification in any way, shape, or form nor accepting any responsibility for unforeseen and/or adverse consequences following from the modification of their products.

Are your sets compatible with Lego?

Yes, most of our sets are compatible with most name brands. However, some of the products we endorse are made of mini blocks. Please note that these are smaller in sizes and are not compatible with regular sets such as LEGO®.

Can I cancel my order and how do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order within 8 hours of your initial purchase. We refer to this as cancellation window. After your cancellation window closes, you will not be able to cancel due to the fact fulfilment of the order, including shipping in some cases, has typically begun.

I am missing a piece or received a wrong order/broken item

We sincerely apologise if this is the case. Please kindly email us at info@buildiverse.com with your order number and photos/video(s) of the item attached. Wherever possible, please refer to your manual instruction to indicate which specific piece(s) are missing or broken and we will send you a replacement asap.

Where is my parcel? How can I track my parcel?

You should receive an automatic email from us with a tracking link to your parcel. This is sent once the tracking number is generated and are ready for shipping updates.

Where do you ship from?

We are a UK registered company with a warehouse based in China. This allows us to provide international distribution at a very low-cost which makes all our customers’ shipping free.

Should I be worried about catching coronavirus from packages originating in China?

No, according to the US's Center for Disease Control (CDC), "there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods". CDC explained that "the virus have poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets."
