Really disappointed with the communication and returns policy, I ordered something for £60 and sent an email the day after receiving it asking for the return address to return it. It took them 8 days before they told me the address and I thought it would be to the UK as they said about inspecting it but it's to a Chinese address, I was happy to cover shipping to the UK but it'll be over £15 to return. Just really disappointed with the transparency of this company, sad because there's a lot of products I would buy.
I bought this for my daughter who is in thele process of building it and she loves it . unfortunately there was a couple of things missing from package.this has now been sorted and the missing parts are being sent out .I will definitely be buying more in the future
I loved making this and although I made a couple of mistakes (I strongly advise properly reading the instructions haha) it looks amazing completed. Will definitely be buying more
So detailed! Just started building it last night and I'm impressed by the quality. My only complaint is that not all the pieces or bags were labeled, so it took some searching to find certain pieces and templates
