Very disappointed with the delivery, it came totally battered and I was told to speak to the delivery company about it, who told me to speak to Buildiverse. So yes I was left with a very poor looking Christmas present.
Such a shame as the product is really lovely.

Love the set I bought for my daughter. However, the set was missing a couple of pieces so she wasn’t able to complete the build. Very disappointing.

The quality of this is really great! Unfortunately, the dome came cracked, but Customer Support was quick to respond and even quicker to send a replacement! Thanks to that, I was able to get this covered/protected and put up as a decorative item with my other kits!
